We had two bathrooms updated along with a bathtub removal. I can’t say enough about the job itself or the representatives from Todd Thomas. From our first encounter with John who estimated the job to the day-to-day updates from Greg, the construction superintendent, we were impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. They kept us informed at each stage of the construction, and their craftsmen were top notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better result. We would highly recommend the team from Todd Thomas.

I contracted Todd Thomas Home for our kitchen remodel, including minor changes to the kitchen layout, as well as all new cabinets, countertops, backsplash and sink. From the first planning meeting, to the creative design work, through demo and finally, to finishing, EVERYONE worked efficiently and professionally at all times. Teams treated my home with respect, and made every effort to ensure the work was accomplished with minimal impact to the rest of the home or to our family. When appointments were made for work crew visits, teams arrived promptly. If unavoidable changes to the schedule were anticipated (which happened rarely), office personnel immediately called to let me know, and to make alternate scheduling arrangements. After each stage of the project was completed, managers contacted me to make sure that the work met my approval. The few times that I had questions, my concerns were addressed and always to my complete satisfaction. I have a relatively small kitchen, but from beginning to end, the entire Todd Thomas Home team couldn’t have been nicer, more professional or the workmanship any higher quality, had ours been a million-dollar project. I highly recommend Todd Thomas Home for any type of home construction, remodeling, repair, or home improvement. I am confident that the professionalism and attention to detail the company showed during my kitchen remodel is testimony of how Todd Thomas Home approaches all projects, big or small.

The end result was phenomenal. The kitchen is gorgeous. The team was on-time, on task and all of the workers exhibited a high level of perfectionism. They were here every day and cleaned up at the end of each day. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

Absolutely the best contractor I have ever worked with! Todd, John Deck, Rob, the whole team are real pros. Plan ahead as they are very busy and it may take a bit to get on their calendar but it’s worth the wait!

I am extremely pleased with TTHIM and CWW kitchens. John was fantastic he kept me in the loop so I always knew who would arrive and what would be accomplished. Excellent result . At one point I was in an adjoining room but could hear workers talking. I actually heard one guy ask the other if it was a Todd Thomas job. When the other guy said yes, the first guy replied ” Damm, that means we have to clean up after ourselves”. At the end of every day they did leave the home neat. Lester from CWW did a great job. He really took his time and made sure that the job was done right. I highly reccommend TTHI

Every person who worked on the bathroom was very organized and focused on doing the best job possible. I am very picky and I must say they exceeded my expectations. Todd Thomas Review We learned of this company when we remodeled our laundry room through CWW Kitchens. Before the job was completed, the owner died of cancer. His company was taken over by Todd Thomas Home Improvements. That cabinet company was recommended by our interior designer, Denise Halkias, who we met during an earlier kitchen remodel. Curt Gunderson, the owner of CWW Kitchens, was talented and attentive, and we were surprised and saddened to learn that he had planned and implemented our job during the last few weeks of his life. Despite our concerns about the new company we didn’t know, the laundry room was completed without a hitch, to the specifications of Kurt’s design. Todd Thomas had hired Kurt’s installers. Lester was the main man on our job, and we couldn’t be happier with his work. He was efficient, clean, respectful of our time and our home, and obviously experienced and talented. Coincident with the work on our kitchen, we had extensive repairs underway on our condo and our son’s home, through another contractor. When those jobs stalled and the incompetence of the workers became apparent to us, we asked Todd if he would take over those projects for us. His estimator, Jeremy, came out and assessed the extent of the work and provided detailed reasonable estimates. Todd was reluctant to take over work in progress, but after seeing the prior installer’s poor work, which failed an interim Palm Bay City inspection, he agreed. We feel so lucky to have met Todd and his crew! They completed the work on our condo and our son’s residence efficiently and with the same respect and quality we experienced during the laundry room remodel. The condo job consisted of replacing a firewall separating two adjoined condos, repairing damage to the kitchen ceiling related to extensive electrical repairs, and painting the separated condo to ready it for sale. Along with the major parts of that job, they completed a punch list of repairs to various parts of both condos (replacing a stair banister, replacing damaged tile, installing new fans requiring conduit, installing electronic locks on exterior doors, and a few other small tasks that we couldn’t do ourselves). The price was fair and the whole experience was better than we’ve ever had with construction or remodeling. Steven was the supervisor on both jobs, most of which was completed when we were out of town. He was capable and personable, and we had no qualms about allowing the crew into our home in our absence. The work on our son’s home was very extensive and including taking over impact window installation and remodeling a bathroom, as well as repairing extensive damaged wood and stucco related to previous damage by carpenter ants. They installed a dishwasher and repaired rotten wood and kitchen plumbing. Nasty carpet in two rooms was removed and they laid tile and repaired extensive drywall damage. The place looks amazing now. All of the subcontractors were efficient and capable, especially Noah and the window crew. They had to remove and reinstall the ineptly installed impact windows and Todd’s crew had to repair extensive damage caused by the previous workers. Rob was the TTHI employee mainly responsible for performing the work on our son’s home. He displayed skill and professionalism at every turn, and we respect his talent and dedication. We are grateful to Todd for taking over our jobs and for employing such excellent people. Even our experience with the office staff, mainly Patti, was pleasant and everything was communicated promptly and accurately. We highly recommend Todd Thomas Home Improvements for repairs and remodels and suspect that they adhere to the same high standards they demonstrated during our work for all jobs they undertake, including new construction.

Todd’s team is talented & professional. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results of the project. Clean, fun to work with, responsive to concerns, and talented are terms that come to mind when I think of this crew. Highly recommend.

TTI did a very good job and I will use them again. My project was roughly a $40k bathroom remodel. As in all projects there were a few surprises that could not have been foreseen. All were handled quickly and very professionally. Their transparency on issues was excellent! Steve, my job’s foreman, was always available to talk when I needed him. Great job all around.

Our remodel was a huge project that took 2 1/2 months and this was the first time we used Todd Thomas Home Improvement. Steve S. was a great general manager and he and his team was very skilled in all aspects of the project including plumbing, cabinetry, painting, wall repair, gas and appliance hook up, tiling etc. etc. Any snags we had, Steve was easy to get in touch with and resolved any issues very timely. We took several vacations while work was being completed and I had no issue allowing Steve and his team in the house while I was gone. We’ve had other contractors that never totally finished the project. Todd Thomas’ team was given a final list of items and every last detail on my list was address and finished. The project is now 100% completed to our satisfaction. We will be starting Phase 2 of bathroom remodels in a couple months with Todd Thomas’ team. We are extremely satisfied with our kitchen, family room and pool bathroom. Great Job:)

Our condominium sustained devastating damage due to hurricane Irma. Todd Thomas and his associates transformed our entire living space from gutted to a beautiful home for us. Todd is responsive to our questions and concerns and we couldn’t be happier with our finished product. They are friendly people and their office staff are terrific, as well!

All and all my wife and I are very pleased with the work! The carpenter that work on our project was the best. He was clean and his work ethic was tremendous, on time, an polite. There was no mistaken what work was going to be done from day to day Tim would explain the what his goals for the day and they were done. Todd and his staff were pleasant, they worked around my schedule which was very refreshing.

Todd Thomas and his team were great to have on board for my bathroom project. They communicated a lot and very clearly. There was someone on the job working on my project every day. You get what you pay for, and with Todd Thomas you are paying for a very high level of professionalism, impeccable attention to detail, and an extremely high quality build. We love our bathroom!

Patty and Jeremy were extremely professional and prompt with calling back, performing the estimate and providing a work estimate. However, we chose not to have Todd Thomas Home Improvements do the work because it was out of our budget. Our estimate did not include demo or the cost of the fixtures, vanity, toilet, etc. Price included framing, plumbing, drywall/cement board, and labor.

Todd and his crew did an excellent job with my interior home renovations. In the end, every surface (walls, floors, doors, even the ceilings) had an upgrade. Todd was patient and very accomodating with my schedule and desire to continue living in the home during renovations, agreeing to split the work into two phases. His crew were generally very tidy which meant I could come home and not have to deal with a full construction mess. Todd was also keen to see that everything met with my satisfaction. The real pleasure is to come home, enjoy, and relax in new surroundings.

Todd ‘s Team exceeded my expectations at every turn, The quality of their work was excellent and the coordination of all the trades was great. Todd was also was good at coming up with design ideas, and handling any problems that came up. Best decision I made concerning my move.

Mr. Thomas provided a through portfolio of references, licenses and providers. He met with us regarding our plans and provided design suggestions to help us achieve our goals and stay within our budget. Work was started on time and we were kept informed of the continuous work schedules. All providers and workers were considerate, congenial and quite competent. The job was completed well within the allotted time frame and to our extreme satisfaction.

Let me start by saying we originally got a quote from TTHI Inc. in August 2017 to remodel a guest bath in our home. We were retiring and moving into the house on 10/1/17. Our intention was to sign the contract with them when we moved in. Then Irma hit in September. Our neighbors pool screen was torn off and landed on our roof during a confirmed tornado. It punctured our roof over the master bath and the lanai. Water intrusion took down the ceiling in both areas and soaked the master bedroom carpet. Still being in Maryland at the time, I called and asked if they could do the repairs ASAP and I would come down and meet with them and sign the contract for the remodel that we knew wasn’t going to start until the end of November. They told me they typically don’t do emergency work but agreed to do this for us. We met when I flew in to meet the insurance adjuster for our claim. They gave me a quote and agreed to be here the week we moved in to start the repairs. They had a demo crew in to remove any leftover drywall and insulation and take up the remaining carpet. They were back the next day to install the insulation, followed by new drywall, texturing, painting, and carpet installation. Everything came out perfect. You would never know there was any damage. Next up was the bathroom. Part of that project was to remove a window and cut out the block to install a new hurricane proof door. Our pool project had started and we wanted to have the door installed before the sidewalk to the door was put in so it would be lined up perfectly with the door. I asked if they could possibly install the door ahead of the rest of the project. No problem. They had it done well in advance of the sidewalk going in and you would never know it wasn’t part of the original house The remainder of the project started sooner than anticipated. We were actually going on vacation the week it started. We set them up with keys and they started while we were gone. This project included the door, new floor tile, removal of bathtub and installation of a walk in shower with all new tile, bath fixtures, corner seat and frameless glass door. The work was completed last week and it looks amazing. We are completely satisfied with this project. Todd’s crew were extremely professional. They did excellent work and left all interior and exterior work areas completely cleaned up at the end of each day. (This in stark contrast to the pool builder’s employees who left a mess every day!) Todd was also on site himself numerous times during the project. I would also like to commend Todd’s staff, Poject Adninistrator Patty and Estimator Jeremy. They were both a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend TTHI Inc. for any home improvement projects you may have. We will definitely use them for any future projects we do.

Todd and his crew are very friendly, professional, and competent. My only complaint and it is not really a complaint is that they are very busy and it took three months to get to my bathroom remodel, although there was an intervening hurricane during that time. The job grew from just enlarging the bathroom door and putting safety bars in the bathroom to a complete tearout and replacement of all fixtures and tile. This involved electrical, plumbing. painting, carpentry, and drywall work. The price was very competitive with the other estimates I had. What I really appreciated was they repaired the ceiling damage in August right after I signed the contract and months before the bathroom work, and just a few weeks before Hurricane Matthew. The other contractors who submitted estimates were more interested in doing the bathroom remodel than the ceiling repair. They started the Monday after Thanksgiving and were there every weekday until the job was finished on Wednesday, December 20. They were very responsive to any questions or requests I had. The costs grew as the job grew as I had several additions to the job such as a bathroom fan and a shower seat which my handicapped daughter requested and Todd was quick to accommodate. I am not able to download pictures right now but everyone who has seen the bathroom compliments how beautiful and modern it now looks (compared to the old late 60s bathroom it was), especially the tile work. Todd told me the job might take six weeks but they completed the job in a little over three and it was a nice Christmas present for my daughter. Todd and his crew are to be complimented for being very professional and efficient in all areas of the job and I would definitely call them again if the need arises.
